Terms and Conditions for The Rising Mahina​

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, accessing or using any of our 
Programs, Products and Services.​

Terms of Use​

Our Programs, Products, and Services are owned and operated by The Rising Mahina 
(“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to any purchaser and/or user of any of 
our Programs, Products and/or Services.​

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree 
with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase from The Rising 
Mahina.​

By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Courses, Trainings, Products, Website or 
Services ("Material"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as our Disclaimer, 
and Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply.​

All users of our material must be at least 18 years old.  
The content in all of our material is the property of The Rising Mahina and is intended for 
personal use only. It is not to be duplicated, sold, shared, stolen, modified, copied or 
repurposed. You understand that doing any of the before mentioned activities is considered 
theft and we retain the right to take legal action.​

Request for Permission to Use Content. Any request for written permission to use our 
material, should be made prior to using it by completing the “Contact” form on this Website, 
or by sending an e-mail on nisha@therisingmahina.com.​

Facebook Groups. The Course or Program may come with a private Facebook Community. 
These Terms apply to the Facebook Group. You also understand that Facebook is a public 
platform and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for things that you share in the 
group as other members will also see what is posted.​

Communication Guidelines. If you have a question or concern you may send an e-mail to

Purchases and Payment Plans. If paying by debit card, credit card or PayPal you give us 
permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Program, 
Product or Service for which you will receive an electronic receipt.​
​
In the event of a payment plan, if that payment is not received by the
date due, the Program, Product or Services will not continue till such time that the
payment is madeand we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and in case the payment is not made then permanently.​
​
Your payment will be charged on a recurring basis on the terms that you have agreed to pay 
in case of recurring plans for coaching. If your payment fails on the date that it is due, we 
will attempt to re-process your payment 1 more time and then contact you. ​
​
If you are unable to continue due to unfortunate circumstances and hardships please email me at nisha@therisingmahina and set up a call with me so we can find the best solution for bot and then proceed with termination where necessary. 
​
All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for our Programs, Products and 
Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your 
name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be 
collected by both me and our payment processing company.​
​
Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our Programs, Products and Services The Rising Mahina 
has a no refund policy. By purchasing any of our offers, you understand and agree that all 
sales are final and no refunds will be provided to you for any reason as you would have
already received my digital product and in case of mentorship  - the calls would have
already been done. Otherwise as mentioned in the para above please contact me
for termination.

Termination from our side - We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services at any time and with informing you in cases of gross misuse, break of trust and any unacceptable behaviours. 
​
In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any 
and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.​
